Andrew Odgers is a consultant in leadership, management and personal development with over 20 years’ experience across public, private and voluntary sectors. He also works as a consultant to ‘top teams’, exploring team dynamics, strategy development and working across organisations.
After five years working in Local Government in the 1990’s, Andrew moved to the private sector and worked as a consultant across Central Government, Local Government and the private sector. For the past ten years he has worked as an independent consultant with the NHS, Fire and Rescue Services, Metropolitan Police and Technology companies. He also works with a range of organisations in the voluntary sector focussing on leadership, team building and links with other sectors.
He is a qualified coach and Action Learning facilitator and has worked with Clore Social Leadership since its inception, facilitating Action Learning sets for seven cohorts of Clore Social Fellows. He is currently working for the United Nations facilitating cross agency Action Learning sets.
