Building cross sector collaboration to improve social outcomes has never been more fashionable, or more appropriate. Caroline Hukins' research argues that enabling positive social change in future will inevitably require a more collaborative form of leadership.
Making this happen will require individuals to have more fluid and permeable career pathways – in which cross-sector working is the bedrock of a new skillset that is fit for future purpose.
