Chlöe Morton is the Deputy Director of Digital Services at The Mix, a multi-issue digital charity for young people under 25s. In this role Chlöe provides leadership to the Digital Services team, which provide a free, confidential support service offering through web, phone, social and counselling support. Leading the effective integration of these support channels, she is also responsible for ensuring The Mix meets the needs of young people through their involvement in the shaping and delivery of services.
Chlöe has volunteered for multiple organisations from her teenage years, which ignited her passion for providing support to others. After studying psychology she started her career in academia, eventually moving into the third sector and her first role at the charity BeatBullying. Here she developed their therapeutic model of support, eventually leading the development and delivery of their emotional wellbeing service MindFull. Leaving shortly after launch Chlöe spent time with the organisation The Foyer Federation to lead Healthy Conversations - their national health and wellbeing programme.
