What is the Fellowship programme?
Clore Social Leadership’s Fellowship programme is for emerging leaders who have an appetite to lead and make social change happen.
The aim of the programme is to generate collaborative leaders who will guide their organisations and the sector through the social challenges of the 21st century to create a positive and lasting impact.
Now in its eighth year, the experiential 12-month programme supports and invests in the development of our Fellows to become tomorrow’s leaders. Learn about the programme in more detail.
We constantly strive for excellence and we are responsive to the changing needs of the sector. Each year we review our programme and make changes and improvements, so the shape of the programme changes with every cohort. Fellows participate in experiential team challenges, attend residential courses, benefit from coaching, undertake a secondment, a 360° review and a practice-based provocation paper, and take part in action learning sets.
Why do we do it?
The short answer is because people are the ones who create social change. Developing effective, collaborative and resilient leaders will make for stronger, better led organisations, and leadership that transforms lives.
