Stephanie is Programme Delivery Manager at Leap Confronting Conflict. Leap is a youth charity which provides conflict management training and support to young people who are at risk of conflict becoming destructive, and professionals working with them. She designs and project manages bespoke training programmes around conflict, while refining and developing Leap’s curriculum in new areas.
Stephanie studied law and psychology, is on the Roll of Solicitors in New South Wales (Australia) and is a mediator. Stephanie worked as Dispute Resolution Manager at The Accord Group, implementing and promoting Codes of Conduct across various industries for the Australian Government. She was responsible for the company’s dispute resolution training, designing and running courses on conflict management. Since 2012 she has been a board member for Wear it Purple, a youth-led charity focused on empowering sexuality and gender diverse young people.
After moving to London in 2014, Stephanie worked for Amnesty International as International Accountability Coordinator, providing advice, assistance and training in the management of organisational conflict. She participated in organisation wide projects to enhance equality, diversity and inclusion, and improve project management.
