The Clore Social Fellowship is a network of ambitious and influential individuals pioneering social change in the UK and internationally.
The lack of opportunities for leaders to develop their skills is one of the most serious challenges facing charities, social enterprises and the wider social sector. This is being compounded by the current economic climate. The Clore Social Leadership Programme has been set up to meet this need.
We identify the UK’s most promising social leaders and give them gold-standard training, skills and opportunities. Today, the Clore Social Fellows are spearheading change in fields as diverse as financial inclusion, dementia care and international development. Clore Social Fellows are social activists and entrepreneurs, charity chief executives and senior managers. We invest in their leadership potential so that they can transform their communities, organisations and the world around them.
The highly individualised Fellowship programme last 12 or 24 months, on a full or part-time basis. Fellows attend residential courses, experience coaching and mentoring, undertake an extended secondment and a practice-based research project, as well as engaging in Action Learning.
Once their programme is complete Fellows continue to benefit from membership of this prestigious Fellowship network.
