After nearly seven years as Founding Director the time for me to move on from Clore Social is here. This has been a very special part of my own leadership journey. It is a great privilege to have had the opportunity to found and grow a new initiative, building much needed leadership capacity for the social sector.

If you have at least five years experience or more working in the third sector with charities, social enterprises, or housing associations this could be for you. Do you have a passion to make a difference for individuals and communities by overcoming social injustice, reaching unmet need and driving for change?

Over the past four years I have been looking for people with a commitment to making a difference in the world through social action. This week, the 2014 cohort has become part of the Clore Social Fellowship network, marking 83 fellows appointed in total. What is it in this very diverse group that has suggested their potential to develop significantly as social leaders?
