Cordelia Osewa-Ediae

Cordelia is a Strategy Consultant and Programme Director. She is passionate about social justice and issues that affect young people, women and immigrants. In her current role as a Consultant, she works with organisations including the Metropolitan Police, University of Greenwich and NSPCC as they seek to support communities, nurture talent, promote diversity and deliver social change.

Prior to this Cordelia was Operations Director at The Adab Trust, a London-based charity dedicated to improving the employment outcomes for individuals from underrepresented groups. Here she developed partnerships with businesses and universities to deliver wide-ranging employability initiatives. She also oversaw the delivery of leadership programmes commissioned by employers seeking to develop their talented workforce.

Previously, Cordelia was Business Development Manager at UK online centres - a network of 5,000 local centres working to widen digital inclusion among those most socially excluded. She was responsible for evidencing impact and managing several cross sector projects involving organisations including NHS Choices, Skype and LOCOG's Personal Best programme. She also worked as a Social Policy Researcher with the Department for Communities and Local Government's Digital Inclusion team.

Cordelia is a keen social researcher and has acted as a member of a steering group that delivered the DEMOS-led research into social mobility - 'Rising to Top'. She is also contributing author to global multidisciplinary forum, the World Association for Sustainable Development. She regularly volunteers in her local community, mentors young people and organises talks and conferences aimed at developing and supporting young women.
