Faith is a member of the Financial Services Consumer Panel, where she is the Chair for the EU Working Group. She also leads on ‘accessibility and vulnerability’ and ‘technology and innovation’. She is a member of the European Securities and Markets Authority Financial Innovation Standing Committee Consultative Working Group and the Payments Strategy Forum. She also sits on the Strategic Risk Committee for the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and is a trustee of Hope Church, Exmouth. Faith joined the Friends Provident Foundation Programme Advisory Group last year and is helping the University of Bristol’s Personal Finance Research Centre on its Poverty Premium work.
Faith works part-time doing freelance and pro bono work for charities. Previously Faith established Toynbee Hall's financial inclusion services including Transact, the national forum for financial inclusion and SAFE, Services Against Financial Exclusion, helping people to access and use financial products and services in the East End of London. Faith was a member of HM Treasury's Financial Inclusion Taskforce and a member of the Money Advice Subgroup.
