As the Founder and CEO of BANG Edutainment Ltd, Jennifer has raised funding from trusts, won regeneration contracts, established partnerships with statutory and public agencies, developed training courses and delivered activities to over 5000 beneficiaries. Jennifer also runs BANG Radio, a leading community radio station in London and has set up four other community radio stations in London. She is passionate about developing skills and creating opportunities for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Jennifer was born in Uganda and came to England as an asylum seeker with her family in the early 80’s.  She grew up on the Stonebridge Estate in Northwest London; the root of her passion for disadvantaged communities. Jennifer founded BANG Edutainment in November 1999 shortly after the tragic death of her young sister, Eunice, following a brief mental illness. She has grown BANG Edutainment to its current status as one of North London's leading youth focused social enterprises. Jennifer has over 15 years experience working in disadvantaged communities and has an MA in Urban Regeneration.
