Designing routes into work for unemployed young people

Through this highly participative research project, Jane Bruce aimed to answer:
'If you gave unemployed young people the power to design an enterprise to help them into work what would it look like?'
During the project Jane worked with young people with complex needs from across Scotland to generate a manifesto for effective into-work services. Together, they also developed a range of products and services for new enterprises to support the hardest to reach young people into jobs.
