Claire Robinson is the Chief Executive Officer for PROPS North East, a specialist service working out of the North East of England with families and communities affected by the misuse of drugs and alcohol.
Claire joined PROPS in 2005 as a Family Intervention Worker and in 2010 established a highly successful service for young people affected parental substance misuse. Claire also led on the development and a delivery of a nationally acclaimed family programme within HMP Durham in 2012.
Claire is a registered social worker and practice educator.She regularly represents families in the media nationally and locally, advising peers internationally through work with colleagues in US, Netherlands and Finland.
In her spare time, when Claire is not outdoors with her children and their Boston Terrier, she can often be found in the gym working on her kickboxing technique.
