Type of Fellowship: General
Year of Fellowship: 2012
Update April 2012
The first quarter of the year has been both exciting and challenging on a number of levels. The time has gone very quickly and whilst I feel satisfied to have secured some key components of my Clore programme I am aware that this has been more in the planning than active phases to date.
I have been accepted to attend the Tavistock Institute Leicester Conference in April/May 2012. Key learning for me so far has come from reflecting on coaching conversations and reading in preparation for the Leicester Conference and has been with regard to my own attitudes towards leadership, individual identity and relationship to groups. I very much look forward to exploring this in depth at the conference.
I am discussing and developing ideas regarding ownership and management of natural assets at Oxford Jam 2012 in March and at the Hill Holt Wood Conference: Conservation and Enterprise, in June.
My organisation, Shared Assets has secured free office space at The Young Foundation and has been invited to make a second round application for funding from The Tudor Trust.
I attended the Consumer Focus open data workshop: From broadcast to conversation on 20 March. This provided useful insight to current activities in Government and Civil Society with regard to Open Data. I have been accepted on the London Business School course ‘Social Enterprise in the 21st Century’ which runs from April to June 2012.
