Nathalie is currently Chief Executive of Safe and Sound Derby, a leading organisation working to end child sexual exploitation. As part of her role, Nathalie proactively seeks to raise awareness of the impact of this abuse on victims and their families. Nathalie is also a non-executive director of the Children & Young People Network (Derby) C.I.C., a voluntary sector-led forum of organisations working with children, young people and families in Derby, this involves championing the role played by the sector in the delivery of children's services in the city, highlighting the impact organisations have on people's lives.
With over 17 years' experience of working within the social sector, as an employee, volunteer and trustee, Nathalie has seen the positive impact that the sector has had on individuals and communities, and is passionate about promoting this. In 2012, Business in the Community East Midlands presented Nathalie with a Community Champion Award.
