Type of Fellowship: General
Year of Fellowship: 2010
Update September 2011
I have extended my Clore Fellowship to the end of 2011, partly because there are more courses I would like to do, partly because I have not finished my research. This is a relief given that I want to take full advantage of the development opportunities on offer, and this has always been a challenge to do alongside a more or less full time job.
I am well underway on my research on the relationship between Chairs and Chief Executives having completed around 16 interviews all over the country. Then I aim to have the piece finalised by the end of October. I will present findings from it at three ACEVO conferences in October and November.
In terms of further courses I would still like to do a short coaching course, probably in October and one of the Roffey Park personal effectiveness courses, or perhaps one on emotional intelligence.
