Rashid Iqbal

The comprehensive spending review of October 2010 was a crucible moment for the voluntary and social sector, with significant funding changes announced that some commentators estimated would take £3-£5 billion out of the sector over the following 3 years. Rashid  used the sectors response to this event as the basis for his research.
