Type of Fellowship: General
Year of Fellowship: 2011
Update December 2012
This phase of my Fellowship – the final quarter of a two year, part time Fellowship – has passed with great reluctance. The Fellowship has been with me through the two most challenging years in my career and the Fellowship has provided me with amazing opportunities. Activists tend not to spend much time reflecting and so it is only with the structure of the Fellowship that I have taken the time to draw breath, reflect and explore through the action learning sets and coaching. But I have also gained very practical help to move forward through the Clore commitment to training.
I have used the Fellowship to develop skills and gain experience to get things done; and I hope that I will honour the Fellowship by carrying on getting things done!
As is often the case, the end of the Fellowship has rushed forward and it seems as though the last tasks of the Fellowship are too hurried. I am looking forward to finally meeting 2011 Fellows in February 2013 for a more fulfilling end to the Clore experience.
