How has this period of your Fellowship been?

Busy 3 months, preparing for my secondment (running from April-June inclusive.) & undertaking induction. I have participated in different training sessions (ILM7 Executive Coaching, Being The Social Glue, Full Circle, OASIS, Colour Stop), prepared my research question and participated in a Clore Social recruitment event.

 What has been your greatest challenge?  

Time! Managing a range of demands, balancing the desire to be pro active with the necessity to be reactive

How else has your leadership been having an impact n those you work with?

The opportunity to showcase our organisation &  model of nested provision at a UK wide event was important in relation to raising our profile & sharing our learning.

In what way you are a better leader now than at the start of the Fellowship?

I am less frustrated. I have a better appreciation of the skills/strengths I have. I am more at ease with myself.

What have you learnt so far during the Fellowship programme? 

A deeper understanding of how very different folks' perceptions can be.

What opportunites/support/skills/inspiration/lessons have you received from other Fellows? 

Links made proactively by Fellow Marie Mumby to help support the issue about knowledge transfer.

How would you describe the CSLP experience so far?  

A unique, personalised opportunity to become all you can be.
