What is action learning?
Action learning is a tool designed for leaders to learn from each other. It uses the combined wisdom and skills of a diverse group of people to work through the real situations they face in the workplace.
Action learning sets will allow you to build deep connections with each other, providing peer support on real issues. They encourage participants to test new ideas, and come up with innovative solutions different to the ones they'd think of alone.
Our experience tells us that many of our Fellows continue to meet in their action learning sets after the formal support has concluded, and our aim is that you will learn the facilitation skills required to continue hosting and delivering action learning-sets on your own.
