The pandemic has brought about new challenges, pressures, and ways of working that require adaptable, resilient, connected, and confident leadership more than ever before. We need to know how to lead with quick and decisive action but also strategically and with vision; how to seize opportunity with one hand whilst picking up the pieces with the other.
This is not an easy task to be done alone and with little support. To help leaders cope with the demands of this new reality and take their roles onward and upwards, we are investing substantially in ‘Leading Beyond Lockdown’, a highly subsidised online skills and development programme designed for individuals whose work has been affected by COVID-19.
If you have been furloughed, have had to work reduced hours, have taken on more responsibility or are expecting to face challenging decisions, this programme will prepare you to lead beyond lockdown with confidence, resilience, skill, and a network of peers to support you along the way.
Taking place exclusively online between July-November 2020, the programme is designed to complement and enhance your work, fitting around your existing commitments. You will go on a journey to discover key leadership behaviours and skills; gain insight into who you are as a leader, how you can tap into your strengths and overcome what’s been holding you back, and work with peers to prepare for and tackle the challenges of a post-pandemic world.
The course will be guided by our leadership development model and will include:
- Discover, a four-week online leadership development journey to help you identify your leadership strengths and areas for improvement.
- Action Learning Sets (ALS) conducted in a group of peers and facilitated by ALS specialists to help you address complex, real-life issues while working collaboratively with other leaders.
- Professional Coaching sessions with coaches highly experienced in social leadership, as well as peer coaching opportunities.
- Clore Social Fellowship. On programme completion, participants will become Clore Social Fellows and will join a wider network of social leaders where they can connect and support one another through the COVID-19 crisis and beyond.
To ensure the programme is highly accessible, we are offering access to this surge of impactful leadership development tools worth £1250 at an Early Bird Fee of only £95 until Monday 13 July at 11:59pm (£125 thereafter).
Recruitment is now open with final applications closing on Monday 20 July. Applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis and there are limited places available - so be sure to submit your application as soon as possible.
We encourage applications from leaders with 3+ years’ experience who have been furloughed, have had to work reduced hours, have taken on more responsibility and/or are expecting to face challenging decisions in a post-pandemic world.
