London Business School leadership expert joins our Board of Trustees

Organisational psychologist and leadership expert Vyla L. Rollins has joined our Board of Trustees. As a member of the Board Vyla will share her vast experience and insights to help steer the charity as we continue to develop and deliver leadership innovations for the social sector.

In Vyla’s position as Executive Director of the London Business School’s (LBS) Leadership Institute, and in collaboration with her colleagues there, she focuses on exploring issues and challenges around modern leadership. This is informed by evidence based insights on a number of leadership related topics, including the future of leadership. She is also a programme Director in LBS’s Executive Education Department, where she designs and runs customised educational programmes for the leading business school, as well as coaching on a select number degree and Executive Education programmes.

This is complemented by 30 years of working as an Organisational Effectiveness consultant in the private, public and voluntary sectors. Vyla has in-depth experience in the area of executive coaching, including curating group and individual performance based applied leadership development, strategy facilitation, and group effectiveness work at senior executive and board level.

The question of leadership is central on a national and global level, and this is mirrored in the social sector where there are tremendous opportunities to strengthen leadership capability and competency for the benefit of multiple stakeholders.’
