What is coaching?
Coaching effectively guides you towards increasing your resilience, efficiency, and performance. It helps you identify your strengths and areas for development, so you can tap into your talent, overcome the barriers that might be holding you back, and lead confidently.
What you'll get
- Coaches with experience of the social sector and the challenges you are facing
- Individual support to help you meet your professional goals
- Access to a network of qualified professional coaches
- Coaches who have been in a leadership role and can understand what you are going through
Our network of coaches
Our coaches all have previously worked or coached within the social sector. Everyone in our coaching network meets the Clore Social Leadership standard of quality training, so they can match your personal and professional development needs.
I was so impressed at how my coach was able to tease out my aspirations for the future; when I was struggling to realise them for myself. She gave me the confidence to explore the ideas in my head and now I can’t wait to see where these take me in the future.
