What you'll get

Who it's for

  • Emerging Leaders from the Women and Girls sector working in organisations run by, for and with women and girls

  • Individuals with 3-6 years experience with the sector, with experience of leading projects or people, including volunteers. This can include experience as a volunteer and does not need to be 3-6 years of consecutive experience.

  • Individuals seeking to enhance their leadership capabilities, improving their understanding of their strengths and areas for development.

  • Online and face to face learning and is designed to meet the schedule and time pressures of busy professionals

  • Online coaching (individual coach and peer coach) and Online Action Learning

  • Real world team and organisational challenges

What to expect

  • 6 months programme with a total time commitment of 20-22 day
  • Some elements will require the participant to be released from their role for a small period of time, but mainly the programme can be undertaken outside of working hours.
  • Awarded Clore Social Leadership Fellowship upon completion of programme
  • A maximum of 24 participants per cohort
  • Self-directed learning designed to fit around your existing commitments
  • A peer network of social leaders and access to the Clore Social community
