For Experienced Leaders in the Women and Girls sector with 6-10 years leadership experience. The programme is for those seeking to enhance their leadership capabilities, understand their strengths and areas for development as leaders and build a network of senior leaders in the sector.

What you'll get

Who's it for

  • Senior leaders from the Women and Girls sector or working in organisations run by, for, and with women and girls, with the ambition and drive to change their organisations and the wider women and girls sector

  • Individuals with 6 or more years working within the women and girls sector, with senior level experience. This can include experience as a volunteer and does not need to be 6 years of consecutive experience (for 3-6 years' experience, see the Emerging Leader Women and Girls Sector programme)

  • Self-directed motivated learners committed to learning online in their own time, as well as group learning.

    Working for a social purpose, not for profit organisation. This includes charity, social enterprise and community groups.

How you'll learn

  • Online and face to face learning and is designed to meet the schedule and time pressures of busy professionals

  • Access to world-class leadership experts

  • Residential with 1 day learning event

  • Webinars and Online learning modules

  • Online coaching (individual coach and peer coach) and Online Action Learning

  • Real world team and organisational challenges

What to expect

  • 4 month programme (approximately 9-10 days over the time period)
  • Some elements will require the participant to be released from their role for a small period of time, but mainly the programme can be undertaken outside of working hours.
  • Awarded Clore Social Leadership Fellowship upon completion of programme
  • Self-directed learning designed to fit around your existing commitments
  • Max 20 participants per cohort
  • A peer networks of social leaders through the Clore Social community

Programme fees

Thanks to the generous support of funders including Comic Relief, Esme Fairbairn Foundation, The Pilgrim Trust, and Rosa, The UK Fund for Women and Girls, we are able to offer this programme at a highly subsidised rate.

£500 - For those working in organisations with an annual income of greater than £200,000

£0 - For those with an annual income of under £200,000 a hardship fund has been created to cover participant fees and a contribution towards travel costs.
